Jessica Marie Alba was
born in Pomona, California on April 28, 1981, and
started to cook for herself at age 12 !

This film & television actress is health and
weight conscious; she puts in much effort to keep
all of her 5' 7" in top shape.
Her
secret is portion control, healthy foods & regular
exercise . . .
For
breakfast, she usually has cottage cheese, egg whites
(scrambled or hard boiled), fruit and oatmeal.
Lunch is a salad, maybe with a little chicken breast or
fish. She has vegetables and a small portion of
lean meats such as
beef
fillet, chicken or sashimi for dinner. Snacks
comprise air popped popcorn, almonds, dried fruit,
fruits, low fat cheeses or veggies. She watches
her carbs and usually lays off bread and desserts.
When she does eat out, she'll consume about half of
what's served. Her total intake does not cross
2,000 calories per day.
The
Jessica Alba workout is 45 minute to an hour sessions,
six times a week, of cardio on an elliptical machine or
treadmill, crunches, lunges, weights and yoga. She
says "When I workout, I have energy and feel good about
myself".
